Hi, my name is Marcus and I am a 36 year old guy from Stuttgart. I am in love and life in both worlds, design and technology.

My goal is to gain experience in both disciplines to unify the best of both worlds.

Coding

Currently I am focused on Java applications with state-of-the-art backend like NoSQL, Node.js and Play! Framework.

Deep in my heart, I am a designer and ever will be! This is where I came from and I will always love good designs.

I am currently employeed at Porsche AG in Stuttgart as Senior IT Architect.

I want to collect experiences in both worlds and create advanced, user-centered applications.

I know Unix from my childhood. I really like to automate processes like deployment chains and make infrastructure stable, secure and usable.
